Raymond Augé resolved INFRA-17536.
----------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

I was finally able to login to fisheye, but only AFTER I did a manual password update at https://id.apache.org.

Here are the steps I took:

- read the comment on the issue
- tried logging in to fisheye using the url provided which failed, tried again, failed
- followed the link to id.apache.org and my login worked first try
- decided to manually update my password (in id.apache.org) anyway to cause a flush or sync
or whatnot
- tested that login a couple times, worked
- return to fisheye, login worked
