Since end of September the Flink snapshot deployment fail with 
{{code}}
[WARNING] Encountered issue during deployment: Failed to deploy artifacts: Could not transfer
artifact org.apache.flink:force-shading:jar:1.7-20181012.033357-70 from/to apache.snapshots.https
(https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots): Failed to transfer file: https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/flink/force-shading/1.7-SNAPSHOT/force-shading-1.7-20181012.033357-70.jar.
Return code is: 401, ReasonPhrase: Unauthorized.

I was wondering whether there is a problem with authentication between Jenkins and the Apache
repository
