Subject [jira] [Commented] (INFRA-16203) Ubuntu VM for Apache Fineract CN Project
Date Fri, 15 Jun 2018 12:58:00 GMT

Aleksandar Vidakovic commented on INFRA-16203:

Hi [~cml], could we increase the RAM on this VM? Turns out that more than 32G are needed.
I helped myself by creating a swap file (16G), and actually that reduced the error messages
a lot. But overall we still have timeouts that cause a shutdown of the demo server. I hope
with more RAM we might be able to run the demo server without those timeouts. Other than that
my only other idea that I have is to run Cassandra on a separate VM.

> The Apache Fineract community needs an Ubuntu Virtual Machine to run Fineract CN microservices
architecture and deploy a public accessible demo server of the framework.

link for Ubuntu VMs from and this

of the box. I know it requires at least 16GB RAM.
