TravisCI used to run PMD, Checkstyle, FindBug on every pull request for the incubator-taverna-mobile
repository, but TravisCI has stopped working for PRs and Branch both. The last build I see
in Travis was 29 days ago, and GSoC student has opened several new pull requests and some
of them have merged already. 

Would it be possible to get Travis building on PRs and branch again?
