[~jacques.le.roux] As is said recently, our Java service now directly listens on 80 and 443,
so I stopped httpd, as they can't both listen on the same port. Let's wait and see what Infra
says about 443, especially now that it can't even be an iptables issue (we use authbind now,
yet the result is similar: 80 works, 443 only works locally).

The SSL error response to https://localhost/ is the correct behavior. We have no problem with
that, the request reaches the Java service.
