Greg Stein resolved INFRA-10476.
--------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

The feature has been implemented.

Please reopen and specify the email address to moderate, and the mailing list. (maybe avoid
for privacy purposes)

Or, email apmail@a.o with the above information.

Or, have a moderator follow the instructions at: http://www.apache.org/dev/committers.html#problem_posts
.. but where it talks about subscribing or unsubscribing from the "deny" or "allow" lists,
use "sendsubscribertomod" in the target email address instead, to manipulate the list of people
being force-moderated.

The last option only works once the feature is enabled, as Gav already did for legal-internal@

> Being able to force all messages sent by a specific mailing list subscriber to be moderated
would be very useful, mostly to manage borderline cases of code of conduct abuse that do not
warrant a full ban.
> If this feature is not already part of the requirements for the new mail systems that
are being evaluated I think it should be added.
