Daniel Gruno resolved INFRA-16367.
----------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed
      Assignee: Daniel Gruno

You are looking at the wrong server, minotaur.apache.org, which has the warning you pasted.
home.apache.org is 163.172.16.173 (this is the one you should use)
minotaur is 140.211.11.9

Please use the proper server, you may have the IP hardcoded somewhere by mistake.

> I'm building the Hadoop 2.9.1 release candidate and want to upload it to home.apache.org
through sftp. I. got the following prompt,
> Note: logging in to this server with a password has been disabled.
> Please see : https://blogs.apache.org/infra/entry/committer_shell_access_to_people
> Remember to load your ssh key:-
> See: http://linux.die.net/man/1/ssh-add
> See: http://linux.die.net/man/1/ssh-agent
> Permission denied (publickey).
> Connection closed
> I followed the steps in the blog, update the field SSH Key (authorized_keys line) with
a RSA public key which is generated using "ssh-keygen".
> OpenPGP Public Key Primary Fingerprint field has the fingerprint of my GnuPG key which
is different from the key I put into SSH Key field.
> Then I wait half an hour to try the sftp command. It still failed.
> Here is my questions,
> should I put the whole public key into the SSH Key field? or I should put the fingerprint
of the public key?
> I guess I did some wrong steps. Please correct me. I'm a newbie.
> Also, If I want to get namespace like http://home.apache.org/~sammichen/ to hold the
release candidate, should I fire another JIRA to request a "blog user account" ?
> Thanks in advance!
