We have other systems that alert for high cpu/load, I don't think KIF is the right tool for
the job here. High CPU doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem, could mean that the VM
isn't spec'd correctly, etc. The things KIF takes care of are known issues with OOM (ex loggy)
or other specific process issues (too many connections to JIRA).
