[~gmcdonald] Thanks for your replies. We'll continue to work towards ensuring those community
members who aren't yet committers continue demonstrating their contributions to the community
in a public fashion so they can still pass the bar of committership that we've required of
others who have been voted on on recently.

Thank you for the added clarity about the technical limitation regarding access through an
LDAP account. Fortunately we've had a couple of our committers express interest to get the
test infrastructure set up so hopefully we'll soon be making progress there.

> The Apache Fineract community needs an Ubuntu Virtual Machine to run Fineract CN microservices
architecture and deploy a public accessible demo server of the framework.
> I'm not sure what specifics need to be requested nor the process as there is no documentation
link for Ubuntu VMs from https://www.apache.org/dev/services.html#virtual-servers and this
ticket is used as a reference to follow: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4515
> I wanted to open this ticket now and will let others in community respond with requirements
of the box. I know it requires at least 16GB RAM.
