[~pono] Sorry, the issue was about JIRA webhooks, not GitHub webhooks! Your screenshot looks
like GitHub webhooks, if I'm not mistaken. If not, `issues` and `issue comments` are the ones
that we want to tick. 
I'm not so sure about JIRA web hooks, as I'm not as familiar with JIRA compared to GitHub,
but I guessed from the instructions (as shown on the image attached on this issue) that it
would be possible to specify which issues (probably like 'issues from the NEMO project') to
send webhooks from.
