Joel Orlina commented on INFRA-16168:
-------------------------------------

Early last week, we had one customer report TLS issues when connecting to a Fastly POP in
San Jose, CA, but that ended up being transient. I haven't heard anything from Fastly related
to DNS resolution. If this is still occurring I could open a support ticket directly with
Fastly. Would it be possible to get some headers from a successful connection on the Jenkins
CI host in question, i.e. the output from:

{{curl -svo https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven/}}

> Maven cannot resolve host.
> It does not happen always but it happened twice yesterday and today:
> https://builds.apache.org/job/maven-wip/job/maven-surefire/job/SUREFIRE-1495/8/testReport/junit/org.apache.maven.surefire.its/Java9FullApiIT/shouldLoadMultipleJavaModules_ToolchainsXML/
> I am building several times to make the build green but still have no success because
of this issue.
