Subject [jira] [Created] (INFRA-16054) Revert commits to released branch
Date Sun, 18 Feb 2018 20:23:00 GMT
Bernd Eckenfels created INFRA-16054:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Revert commits to released branch
                 Key: INFRA-16054
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-16054
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: Subversion
            Reporter: Bernd Eckenfels

I accidentially commited to an old (already released) branch of commons-vfs. It seems like
I cannot rename the existing branch and copy specific version. The changes r1824401 and r1824400
should be discarded in this branch.

I would run:
    svn move http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/proper/vfs/tags/commons-vfs2-project-2.2
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/proper/vfs/tags/commons-vfs2-project-2.2-broken -m
"Revert commits 1824400,1824401"
    svn copy -r1811361 http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/proper/vfs/tags/commons-vfs2-project-2.2-broken
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/proper/vfs/tags/commons-vfs2-project-2.2

or similiar activities.

The errorously changed file:

http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/commons/proper/vfs/tags/commons-vfs2-project-2.2/pom.xml?view=log
