Added code to the hadoop-qbt-trunk-java8-linux-x86 job to set the maximum pids it's allowed
to use based upon what the cgroup entry is.  First run is here: 

Added bonus.  Yetus cleaned up a few unneeded docker images, since that was also called into
question recently.  The one that is still in use will get cleaned up safely later this week.
(It'll kill the exited container tomorrow-ish, followed by removing the image the day after

I'll whack on the rest of the hadoop jobs to do the same thing so that it'll be easier to
