Daniel Gruno resolved INFRA-15891.
----------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

The list is by-invitation only unless you are a member of the foundation. It's been like this
since inception and that is unlikely to change. I have adjusted the page to state that the
link is for ASF members only.

> Cannot access user@infra archives without member karma
> ------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: INFRA-15891
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-15891
> Project: Infrastructure
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: Mail Archives
> Environment: https://www.apache.org/dev/infra-contact
> Reporter: Sebb
> Assignee: Daniel Gruno
> Priority: Minor

> However the page fails to say that a login is needed to view the archive.
> Note that the page also says that the mailing list is for use by anyone to raise/discuss
issues, so it's reasonable to suppose that anyone can view the archives.
> Further, it appears that ASF member karma may be needed to view the archives. If that
is the case, then it should be noted on the page (but ideally the list should be viewable
by others, e.g. all committers)
