Hey [~cthistle]

I think they are good to go anytime. As long as we get issues + prs transferred, we won't
have any problems. Github will auto redirect to the new repos. Only cordova-discuss is currently
having discussions in the PRs. The other 3 are used for specific events or status updates.
 

In terms of commits + pr notifications, can we send them to commits@cordova.apache.org
