Gavin commented on INFRA-13765:
-------------------------------

There are also other places that can store passwords for convenience , such as a maven settings
file.

Why do I mention this even though you are good for now? Becuase you have tripped up twice
now, and those logs certainly look like some kind of automation, you couldnt have entered
you password manually in such quick succession.

> I was able to use svn (other apache websites still work) few weeks ago then now
> In firefox it says "Unable to connect" and fails with svn client
> svn: E000111: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xmlgraphics/fop/trunk'
> svn: E000111: Error running context: Connection refused
> I switched to another backup internet connection and it worked again, then now 10 days
later it has same issue. I wonder if for some reason you are blocking the internet connection
I am using?
> I can access using TOR browser.
> I can ping it on connection that doesnt load in firefox or svn client:
> ping svn.apache.org
> PING svn.apache.org (209.188.14.144) 56(84) bytes of data.
> 64 bytes from 209.188.14.144: icmp_seq=1 ttl=53 time=153 ms
