I wanted to clarify what changes were being proposed. Will all the existing values stored
in asf-altEmail be removed? The reason I ask is that I am fairly sure Jira won't be able to
handle multiple asf-altEmail attributes. I think it is expecting one instance of the attribute.
I will do some testing now to try and confirm this.
