This was discussed with our project mentors and we were told that Apache recognizes established
projects may already have an existing presence on the web (website) and a community following
that needs to be preserved and not lost when being moved to Apache.  Such is the case with
OpenWhisk and this had some discussion as well within and around our Incubation proposal submission
(more specifically around GitHub hosting).
