On INFRA-10669 (also created by you Sam so that this one could focus on the broader issue
discuss) Geoffrey Corey indicates he is spinning the VM up now (well 12 minutes prior to this
comment). It looks like your proposed subject line change is no longer necessary ;-)

Now we just need to come to an agreement about who owns what on that VM, which is what this
ticket is now focused on.
