Unfortunately that does not actually tell us what the version of the code was on the host
before you ran SVN up.
I assumed it was up to date with r833537, but it now seems that it must have been an earlier
revision where the elementid processing had not been disabled.
So one of the waiting changes may well have been r833537 and possibly others from Oct 01 2012
