1. That's what I meant. I think you misunderstood me. I meant that if I have a banner, I'll
submit it to Apache. Currently, I do not have one.
2. I have updated my cronjob to rsync -rtlzv --delete

PS: Can any of the configs be done through regular .htaccess files?
