No. This was likely the issue that was causing the delay. It seems reasonable that anything
out of the ordinary will take longer than otherwise.

Anyhow, the lists are up, archives are not yet copied. 

I do not know the details of how to copy archives. There are archives on people.apache.org,
which would be easy enough to copy, but there are others in other locations of which I don't
know all the details.

Would it not be simpler to mail a link to the projects@ archives to the dev list now? That
way, you'd have the audit trail that you need need, an we'd save a lot of complex backend
work.
