Matthew T. Adams commented on INFRA-1215:
-----------------------------------------

OK, now I have a VERY good reason for this to be fixed. I just spent a good 45 minutes writing
up a new issue. When I submitted it, I didn't realize that my session had timed out and I
lost my submission when JIRA prompted me to login in order to create a new issue.

I guess it's my fault for not authoring the description in a text editor and then pasting
into the issue (essentially having a backup), but that shouldn't be required!

> When I log in to issues.apache.org/jira, I check the "remember me" box, but the site
doesn't remember me. I first noticed this change in behavior a few weeks ago.
