svn.apache.org is blocking my IP for ports 80 and 443
-----------------------------------------------------

         Key: INFRA-882
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-882
     Project: Infrastructure
        Type: Task
    Security: public (Regular issues)
  Components: Subversion
    Reporter: Santiago Gala

I am trying, after notifying joes2, to get a git-svn copy for the /portals/bridges repository.
About one third of the task done, the script gets blocked (in SYN_SENT status). Not sure how
many rules are involved and if they expire, but I'm still blocked.

My ipv4 is 81.33.31.233

According to joes2, the impact of my script is not noticeable (until it aborts because it
gets blocked), and the task is a one time one, so I'd like to get unblocked for enough time
to be able to finish it.

TIA.
