Address specific ORBs can be destroyed by one object while being used by another.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: YOKO-388
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YOKO-388
             Project: Yoko - CORBA Server
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: CorbaBinding
    Affects Versions: v1.0-incubating-M2
            Reporter: Darren Middleman
            Assignee: Darren Middleman

The binding maintains a list of ORBs that have been set up per address, so that one address
can be used and differentiated by using different object keys. However, it turns out that
one CorbaDestination can destroy and ORB for a particular address even when another CorabDestination
is still using it.
