Balaji, the preprocessor package is now in a pretty good shape and ready for integration,
svn rev 534245.

Remaining work for this issue:
* Hook up the preprocessor as described by Matteo.
* Make sure that error messages from the IDL parser or code generator make use of the location
markers and refer to the actual source code location and not the preprocessor output line
number.

The last point will probably require a yoko specific subclass of antlr.AST that provides information
about the original source file. I currently don't have the time to investigate that.
