Rick McGuire closed YOKO-199.

    Resolution: Fixed

Logging has been converted over to java.util.logging for the core component and the commons..logging
dependency has been removed.

> There are 2 problems with logging in the yoko core. The majority of the logging is done
using a custom class that just does a System.err.println() call. This needs to be mapping
things to java.util.logger.Logger. Other code is using commons logging, which creates an
undesirable dependency. This also needs to be replaced with java.util.logger.
