Uploaded the new updated M1 release in my home directory... Please take
a look at it & if there are no more issues with it, we can start a vote
again...

Licenses again...

According to Apache requirements [1] license should be placed in file
named LICENSE but Yoko snapshot names it LICENSE-2.0.txt...

I think this should be changed.
