I've filed an issue:
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YOKO-155

I've also attached a quick Linux shell script that will fix the issue by 
applying the correct propeties to all the files in the repository.  Someone 
should just need to run it.    (I'm not a committer, so not me)
