W3C Widgets conformance: does not correctly handle language-localized elements
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: WOOKIE-56
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WOOKIE-56
             Project: Wookie
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Server
            Reporter: Scott Wilson
             Fix For: 0.8.1

Some of the elements in a widget config.xml can contain a language tag - these are name, description,
license. These elements have a conformance rule in the W3C Widgets spec that requires implementations
to ignore subsequent elements of this type which have the same language tag as a previous
element. E.g.:

<name xml:lang="en">New Widget</name>
<name xml:lang="de">Neu Widget</name>
<name xml:lang="en">FAIL</name>

In this case "FAIL" would be ignored.

Currently Wookie would set the EN tag for Name to "FAIL".
