Now that Wookie has been accepted into the incubator we need to move
on the legal stuff.

Full details of the IP management process is at
http://incubator.apache.org/ip-clearance/index.html

We need to fill in an IP Clearance form. You can find an HTML version
at [1] (for reading) and an XML version (for completion) at [2].

We also need to get the three committers to submit an ICLA (see [3])

Finally, we need the University of Bolton to submit a CLA (see [4])

There are more details about these forms and the need for the at [5]
