Ok. Do we feel happy to tag the tree now?

What do we want to call this release? (I assume <1, since we don't feel it
is completely stable yet. See:
https://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html#best-practice-versioning
)

@Michael: Are you still happy to do signing?
