In regards to Ali's comments there is no official project leader.  We lead
as a meritocracy and through voting.  However, my ability to code has been
minimal lately due to work.  I think the best contribution I can make over
the next few months is to take care of some of the administrative things.
Perhaps I can work on adding another committer (we have as stalled process
that I can restart).  I can also take on some of the reporting tasks from
now on.  Also I can continue to enhance the website and wiki.

This way those who are actually coding can focus on that.

Yep, we can just copy paste most of the contents from the previous report.
The report is just added to the wiki page and can be edited later, so it's
not a problem to write a draft version first and then fix if needed.
