Actually, we can still use an AMQ build, but stick it in cvs.apache.org
under WADI.  So WADI would be the group.  Then make the version
WADI-4.0-SNAPSHOT-yyyymmdd.  This of course would be very temporary
until an AMQ4 snapshot is available.  Would this be acceptable?
