Notice the following two queries. They both operate on the same xml files.
The difference is one uses fn:data to get the result. Notice how the first
query without fn:data only has four lines in the output, while the query
with fn:data return eight lines. While researching the same query with a
where clause, I found that the test sequence comes in with eight items
instead of four. The extra items are an empty string and cause the system
to crash since an empty sequence can not be converted to a double.

Any ideas how to resolve this or where to look?
