No, I mean when _RWSTD_STRICT_ANSI is not #defined but getwc
and putwc are. Then we might end up with something like this:

   #define getwc()   (stdin->__wide_char)
   ...
   using ::getwc;

expanding to

   using ::(stdin->__wide_char);
