I am quite certain that =22Apache ServiceMix=22 in the resolution should =
read =22Apache C++ Standard Library.=22

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Martin Sebor be
   appointed to the office of Vice President, Apache ServiceMix,
