Recipe creation fails if the description of the recipe, which should be a mandatory parameter, is null.
The issue depends on the the fact that the method ClerezzaRuleStore.createRecipe does not verify if the description parameter contains a null value while creating a PlainLiteral with that value. This may throw an IllegalArgumentException  caused by the fact that the literal string cannot be null.
