.so is needed only at runtime. In you App.init() you can call
System.loadLibrary("jnetcap"). You will have to set LD_LIBRARY_PATH env
variable or pass the path has jvm arg -Djava.library.path.

Unlike App module whic gets deployed automatically to each of the node .so
needs to be copied manually to each node to a specific location.
