As Mayank mentioned, it is added in oozie 3.0.0.
For reference the issue was: GH-0086 Clean up temporary files in the user HDFS directory
upon completion.

I'm not sure it was back-ported to CDH version yet.

which version of Oozie you are using? I think that problem is solved in recent releases.
