Subject spam, I assume?

I assume the mail I've just received, subject text "only a few more
days!", is spam. It starts:

"Team OpenOffice.org e. V.

This is the happiest time of the year!

Christmas time with Team OpenOffice.org – gifts included!

In recent months, quite a lot was going on with OpenOffice.org™. The
main sponsor has withdrawn, which meant that the financial basis for the
many masterminds behind OpenOffice.org was no longer available. At this
point Team OpenOffice.org stepped in, because the Oracle developer know
how almost wandered off. How to proceed from here on?

The inventors of the software, Team OpenOffice.org, created great ideas.
Just in time for the Christmas Holidays and after an exciting couple of
months, the fathers of the software are back – they have a special gift
and it’s very impressive!"

Headers include
From: "Your Team OpenOffice.org" <mail@clvrmail.com>
Reply-To: mailer@teamopenoffice.de
and the body has references to
http://ea.ce-intern.com and http://teamopenoffice.org of which the
latter provides a link to download.openoffice.org plus various links for
donations.

I'm not sure quite who "Team OpenOffice" might be; it seems an unusually
well targetted effort.
