Assuming Calc:
I would copy these columns to a new sheet in the same spreadsheet, 
formatted as desired.
ie 
cell a1 on sheet 2 has the formula "=Sheet1.A1"
cell b1 on sheet 2 has the formula "=Sheet1.B1"
cell c1 on sheet 2 has the formula "=Sheet1.F1"
(drag the formulas down as desired

Then export this second sheet as CSV.
