color palette files are located in the user's directory:

* on linux $HOME/.openoffice.org/3/user/config/

They have the .soc extension (IIRC from StarOffice Color)
The standard color palette is then
~/.openoffice.org/3/user/config/standard.soc

Every color is an XML element:

<draw:color draw:name=3D"Chart 11" draw:color=3D"#c5000b"/>

where:
* draw:name is the UI name
* draw:color is the color in hex RRGGBB format.=20
  So #c5000b is RGB(c5, 00, 0b) =3D=3D (197, 0, 11)
