I am experiencing the same issue with LO 3.6.2.2 . See here for my bug report

Thank you for this workaround. I tried it out, but only got this:

After modifying the font of the "#" entry character style the page numbers are
separated from the entries as if there was a space inbetween. They aren't,
however, aligned to the right. Is there something I am doing wrong? Here's the
