Right now the slider of the vertical scroll bar does not work if the document
is over 1500 page long.

To reproduce: 
1, open open office
2, new empty text document
3, paste 1524 page of unformatted text (e.g. a SOAP message from a SOAPUI)
4, try to use the slider in the scroll bar (it will not work at all; try to
drag the slider and to move it up or down -> nothing happens)

Reproducible?: yes

What works: clicking above or below the slider in the scroll bar
