Step-by-step procedure to reproduce bug and screen capture of fault

If an image is pasted into a V3.4 using the OLE and the image is then Anchored,
As Character, initially a blank line is shown below the image where the
(paragraph symbols was prior to the Anchor, As Character command). This spacing
survives an immediate "SAVE AS" menu command and file closure but when the file
is reloaded the extra blank line has been reoved from the file. (see attached
file for screen captures)

Also, if now resize the image to a smaller size, blank white space is left
below the image (amounting to the original size of the object prior to it being
resized). The extra white space can sruvive some menu/view commands but some
others reset the display so that it appears as it should.

(See also attached file for step-by-step procedure to reproduce problem and
screen image capture of fault using third party screen capture software.)
