As you can see by a double click on the msi file the msi file is blocking the
direct installation on Win7/Vista
(https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=106637). Therefore an
installation with /qn won't work. Starting the setup.exe with parameters will
solve your problem
