Subject DO NOT REPLY [Bug 119258] languages remain in the language list though the dictionaries cannot be used after upgrade from oo3.3

as far as you remove the ooobasis packages, this is not an update

Notice that in comment 4 I report I only removed the packages, not the user

~]$ sudo yum erase ooobasis3.3-*

a) ooobasis3.3-*
c) openoffice.org3.3-redhat-menus

An upgrade is not possible in Linux, because packages in (a) have to be
removed, otherwise AOO cannot be launched; and package (c) has to be removed
otherwise you cannot install the desktop-integration that comes with AOO 3.4.0
Keeping package (c) may not have any impact on this issue. With package (b) I
can't tell, though we should advice the user to remove it.

In short, removing that packages and keeping the user installation, I cannot
reproduce this bug.
