             Bug #: 119226
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Rogue user defined formats can't be permanently
                    deleted
    Classification: Application
           Product: Spreadsheet
           Version: OOo 3.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: formatting
        AssignedTo: ooo-issues@incubator.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rb378@cam.ac.uk

A number (~100) of 'User-defined' time formats have appeared in the 'Numbers'
tab of the 'Format Cells' dialogue box. All take the form [SS].0"............"
with anything up 300 full stops. It is possible to remove them using the
'remove' button, but if the format cells dialogue box is closed & reopened, the
rogue formats reappear. These entries swamp the genuine, useful formats, making
them impossible to find.
