Two notes:

1 - Iff OFL were to be considered under category-B we could ship them because
they are already in binary form and are properly separated from the rest of the
build.

2 - There's only one font under Category A, but it still has some grey issue
concerning renaming it, so I think we should just disable all of them by
default.
